Investment Health Hub Roden
Broedplaats medische technologie: ruim 100 fte nieuwe banenDe provincie Drenthe stelt ruim 3 miljoen euro beschikbaar voor de ontwikkeling van een Health Hub in Roden. Deze Health Hub bestaat uit een samenwerkend cluster van medische technologiebedrijven, UMCG en onderwijs- en kennisinstellingen in Noord-Nederland. Doel is het creëren van nieuwe bedrijvigheid en werkgelegenheid door kennisuitwisseling.
Fontys opens Centre of Expertise Healthcare and Technology
Fontys Hogescholen lanceerde op 4 februari, samen met een groot aantal partners uit de zorg, onderwijs en bedrijfsleven, het Fontys Expertisecentrum Gezondheidszorg en Technologie (EGT). Het expertisecentrum, waarvoor de partners vier miljoen euro op tafel leggen, voorziet in de snel groeiende vraag naar een betere verbinding tussen onderwijs, zorgaanbieders en bedrijfsleven.
