Public-private R&D projects are collaborations between various parties, such as knowledge institutions and companies, co-funded by the PPP subsidy from Health~Holland. In these projects, the collaborating parties focus on developing innovative concepts, products, and services in various disciplines, such as medical technology, biopharma, and healthcare. These projects contribute to strengthening the Life Sciences & Health (LSH) sector and offer solutions to challenges in health and care. Health~Holland supports these projects with the PPP subsidy and stimulate collaboration between the different parties.

We aim to develop a multi-view multi-sample light-sheet microscope suitable for in toto live-imaging of 3D-culture
of mammalian embryos, tissues and organoids at single-cell resolution. This multi-disciplinary public-private joint
project will yield a unique microscopy set-up with a strong potential for basic science and clinical applications.
