STEMCELL Technologies and Hubrecht Organoid Technology to Partner on Non-oncology Organoid Drug Screening Services
STEMCELL Technologies and Hubrecht Organoid Technology (HUB) have announced that they have signed an agreement for the use of tissue-derived organoids for use in preclinical toxicology screening and non-cancer drug development services to be offered by the Contract Assay Services division of STEMCELL.

Europees Onderzoeks- en Innovatiepact gaat 100% voor 3% Impact
De Europese Commissie (EC) heeft aan alle Europese lidstaten voorgesteld om een onderzoeks- en innovatiepact te ondertekenen zodat we nationale R&D-budgetten opschroeven naar tenminste 3% van het BBP in 2030. ‘A Pact for Research and Innovation in Europe’ ondersteunt niet alleen de economische positie van de Europese Unie (EU), maar draagt aan ook bij aan verdere versterking van onze basis op kennis en innovatie.

Citryll Announces Dosing of the First Healthy Volunteer in a Phase 1 Clinical Trial for CIT-013
Citryll announced that the first healthy volunteer has been enrolled and dosed in a Phase 1 clinical trial to evaluate the safety, tolerability, and pharmacokinetics of CIT-013. CIT-013 is a first in class humanised therapeutic antibody targeting Neutrophil Extracellular Trap (NET) formation and clearance. CIT-013 is being developed for autoimmune and chronic inflammatory diseases and other indications where NETs play an important role in pathogenesis.

Health~Holland heeft ongeveer 500.000 dollar toegekend aan het Leids Universitair Medisch Centrum (LUMC) om samen met Acurx Pharmaceuticals, Inc. het onderzoek naar nieuwe antibioticaklassen te versnellen. Het LUMC zal bestuderen hoe remming van een specifiek eiwit de replicatie van resistente ziekteverwekkers tegenhoudt.

De Mkb-innovatiestimulering Regio en Topsectoren (MIT) stimuleert innovatie bij het midden- en kleinbedrijf over regiogrenzen heen. Van 1 juni tot en met 9 september kun je indienen voor R&D-samenwerkingsprojecten.
