TOPX Females to Follow Awards 2024
The TOPX Females to Follow Awards are an initiative of TOPX Network and Hyphen Projects. The aim of this award is to give promising female talents visibility, honour outstanding women in Life Sciences & Health, celebrate the accomplishments of them, and, by doing so, inspire the next generation to follow their footsteps.

Females to Follow Awards 2024 categories are:
- Rising star: SCIENCE
- Authorship of publications
- An overview of current and previous research
- Rising star: INDUSTRY
- A female professional in a leadership role in a Life Sciences company
- Leadership capabilities around a specific initiative
- Rising star: ENTREPRENEURSHIP
- A female (co-)founder of a start-up company (less than 3 years ago)
- Management skills to secure funding (at least seed capital) to launch the company
- Company is working on a Life Sciences innovation to benefit patients, planets and/or people
TOPX Summit 2024
Join us on January 18th and 19th, 2024, at the Accelerator of Kadans in Utrecht for the next edition of the TOPX Summit. This two-day summit is aimed at fostering diversity and inclusivity within the Life Sciences & Health sector, by empowering women to rise to the top.
