International funding opportunity offered by CARB-X

CARB-X supports early development in the area of antibiotics, other antimicrobial therapeutics, preventatives, diagnostics and devices. 
 
CARB-X has in 2018 two rounds of funding with different scopes. The first round is restricted to direct-acting small and large molecule therapeutics targeting a selection of Gram-negative pathogens. The second round has a broader scope and includes diagnostics, preventatives and both direct and indirect acting molecules.

Timelines

• Round 1
  Expressions of Interest (EOI) for Round 1 funding must be submitted on-line 
  March 22, 2018 through March 29, 2018 5pm EST
   
• Round 2
  Expressions of interest (EOI) for Round 2 funding must be submitted on-line
  June 1, 2018 through June 8, 2018 5pm EST
