Programme

This workshop consists of 2 parts:

  1. In the morning, the Netherlands Patent Office will discuss important aspects of patent strategy. You will also learn to find important patent information to prepare for license negotiations. This part of the workshop is free of charge.
  2. In the afternoon, LES Benelux gives an introduction about licenses, with topics such as the terms and conditions relevant to your license agreement in the next investment round. There is a cost associated with this part of the workshop. In addition, you can deepen your knowledge of license agreements in an additional workshop on Tuesday, 26 March.
