TFHC, together with the Netherlands Economic Network in Germany and RVO are organising an NL Pavilion at the DMEA Trade Fair and Congress in Berlin from 26 – 28th of April, 2022. This pavilion is organised as part of the PIB Digitalmedizin NL.

The DMEA (formerly known as the ConhIT) is the congress and trade fair where all German (and European) stakeholders in digital health are present to learn about new trends and innovations, network, find partners and learn about digitalisation of healthcare in Germany.

For who?

For companies who want to be active in the German digital health market, visiting or exhibiting at the DMEA is of strategic importance as it is considered the most important digital health event in Germany every year.

Especially this year, this holds true, as Germany has been investing significantly in its digital health infrastructure through large investments (EUR 4 bn in 2021 through the Future Hospital Act) and the introduction of DIGA – which allows doctors to prescribe digital health apps. This means that Germany is now well underway with the implementation and roll-out of digital technology in the healthcare sector. However, though these different initiatives signal big steps, there are still challenges ahead. The DMEA is also the forum where stakeholders meet each other to discuss the way forward, look for new solutions and hear about new initiatives and developments.
