June 15 to June 18, the BIO International Convention (BIO) takes place in Philadelphia. The BIO is the largest global event for the biotechnology industry and attracts the biggest names in biotech, offers key networking and partnering opportunities, and provides insights and inspiration on major trends affecting the industry. Each year, 20,000 to 25,000 delegates attend BIO.
A number of activities will be organized in advance of and during BIO, all aiming to present the Netherlands as an attractive breeding ground for life sciences and to provide networking opportunities for Dutch BIO attendees as well as their business partners. Mark the activities in your agenda’s and invite your network to join us!
- Monday June 15: Welcome @BIO Reception. Location, time and program will follow soon.
- Tuesday June 16 – Thursday June 18: Health~Holland Pavilion @BIO (Booth #3901). The Pavilion provides information about the Dutch life sciences & health sector and is the central meeting point for Dutch delegates and their business partners.
- Wednesday June 17, 5.00 – 6.30pm: Drinks at the Health~Holland Pavilion. Have a drink at the Pavilion and perhaps you’ll win the beautiful orange bike! The program will follow soon.
- Wednesday June 17, The Netherlands “BIO Innovation Hubs” pitch. A 15 minute presentation to convince the BIO delegates that the Netherlands is the place to be for life sciences & health. Time and location will follow soon.
