Innovation mission Regenerative Medicine

-

Boston (Massachusetts) & Manchester (New Hampshire) United States of America

Are you working in the multidisciplinary field of Regenerative Medicine? Whether you're a researcher, entrepreneur, engineer, or clinician, and are interested in connecting with USA experts to exchange knowledge and explore collaboration opportunities, we invite you to join the innovation mission to Boston and Manchester, USA, from April 6 to 11, 2025.

Regenerative medicine is rapidly advancing both in the Netherlands and the United States, particularly in Boston, Massachusetts, and Manchester, New Hampshire.

Why Boston and Manchester?

Boston, Massachusetts is a well-known global powerhouse in the Life Sciences and Health sector. From research and development to entrepreneurship and commercialization, Boston paves the way in biotechnology, due in large part to its supportive ecosystem of government, corporates, universities, risk capital and entrepreneurs. Additionally, the partnership (both MOU and Program of Cooperation on LSH) between Massachusetts and the Netherlands is a unique one with no equivalent formalized agreement signed between the government of Massachusetts and any other country. The core of this partnership is to improve patients’ lives and remains relevant and successful due to the dedication of both parties to this transatlantic collaboration.

The ReGen Valley Tech Hub in Manchester, New Hampshire, aims to make New Hampshire a global leader in bio fabrication to produce cost-effective regenerative therapies that address chronic disease and organ failure. A recent EDA Build Back Better Regional Challenge federal award of $44 million will further advance the development of the ReGen Valley Tech Hub by establishing the region as the global epicenter for the production and distribution of regenerative tissues and organs.

What to Expect from the Mission

This mission will bring together experts from both the Dutch and U.S. ecosystems to connect, explore research and development opportunities, and collaborate on advancing regenerative medicine solutions. Together, we aim to build a new industrial sector focused on improving patient outcomes.
