Conference on Diversity and Inclusion in the Life Sciences and Health Industry

Honoring Henri A. Termeer’s legacy by promoting Diversity and Inclusion in the Life Sciences and Health Industry

Two years ago, with the passing of Henri A. Termeer, the life sciences industry lost one of its foremost pioneers and visionaries. “Inclusion” was a central principle of Henri’s vision: that of an industry whose mission is to help patients, regardless of how rare their disease is; and that of an industry whose ambition for excellence can only be achieved by building on the diversity of talents, backgrounds and experiences.

Henri’s friends and colleagues from across the globe seek to perpetuate his legacy and his commitment to Diversity and Inclusion by connecting aspiring leaders with experienced mentors from across the sector.

On the occasion of the publication of a new book on Henri’s life by author John Hawkins, we invite you to celebrate Henri’s Dutch roots, to reflect on how Diversity and Inclusion supports The Netherlands’ leading life sciences ecosystem, and to discuss how we can improve our own Diversity and Inclusion practices for the benefit of our employees and the patients we strive to serve.
