How This Event Supports Your Growth

California is, in economic terms, by far the largest state in the US and its healthcare market is equally vast, making it an attractive entry point for Dutch LSH organisations in digital health, MedTech, telemedicine, and medical devices. The Greater Los Angeles Area has established itself as a leading hub for these fields, with advanced hospitals and research institutions that actively collaborate with innovators on the integration of digital technologies and smart medical devices. The region also hosts a fast-growing startup scene and investor network focused on solving concrete healthcare challenges, offering valuable opportunities for partnership, validation, and market access.

San Diego provides an additional advantage for Dutch companies aiming to scale in the US. As one of the most prominent life sciences and MedTech clusters in the country, San Diego combines translational research with a dense ecosystem of health tech companies, accelerators, and investors. For organisations developing digital care solutions or next-generation medical devices, this creates extra routes for collaboration and growth.
