Bijeenkomst KIA Gezondheid & Zorg presenteert consortia, projecten en best practices
Op 26 januari kwamen projectleiders en -leden van 25 consortia samen tijdens de KIA Gezondheid & Zorg bijeenkomst van NWO en Health~Holland. De duurzame locatie KAS in Woerden vormde het decor voor deze dag vol kennisdeling, ontmoeting en praktische inzichten.
Van start naar versnelling: tweede ronde PPS-programma’s gehonoreerd

The international funding stream of the NFRF specifically encourages collaboration with Dutch researchers. De Call ‘De kracht van samenwerking’ gaat naar verwachting binnenkort open. Binnen eerder toegekende NWA‑projecten zijn de afgelopen jaren sterke consortia gevormd die waardevolle inzichten hebben opgeleverd en concrete handelingsperspectieven voor beleid en uitvoering hebben ontwikkeld. Deze nieuwe ronde biedt onderzoekers en partners opnieuw de kans om samen te werken en impact te realiseren.

Oncode Accelerator Supports UPyTher in Developing New Treatment for Hard-to-Treat Cancer
Oncode Accelerator and Dutch biotech start-up UPyTher have launched a collaborative Demonstrator Project to develop a new treatment approach for peritoneal metastases — a form of cancer that is particularly difficult to treat. The collaboration aims to make treatment safer, simpler, and more effective for patients who currently have very limited options.

Six teams have started the Venture Challenge Winter 2025/26 MedTech teams! These starting MedTech entrepreneurs will learn everything about building and pitching a business plan. By participating in the Venture Challenge, the teams will get a huge boost to take their idea to the next level. Not only will they receive one-on-one coaching, but they will also get the chance to pitch to investors and get in touch with seasoned entrepreneurs. The teams will be announced one by one.
