The MEDICA in Düsseldorf is the most important platform for suppliers of medical technology. For the 11th time, Task Force Health Care will organise the Holland Pavilion at the MEDICA. The perfect opportunity for Dutch SMEs to expand their network and meet potential customers.
Hybrid programme
MEDICA is a strategically important trade fair. We will organise the NL Holland Pavilion at the Messe in Düsseldorf in cooperation with Task Force Health Care (TFHC) and at the request of the Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO).
Because of the COVID-19 restrictions, it will be a hybrid program this year. The NL Holland Lounge will be a bit smaller than usual (72m2), and there is an additional digital program to increase your reach.
Exhibitor package (limited amount available)

- join us in the NL Holland Pavilion
- be a part of the live exhibition with a poster presentation
- join our digital program on nl-health.nl/medica, including an extended company profile
- host your own webinar before or after the exhibition
Exposing with a poster presentation will be the only possibility to join us at the Messe in Düsseldorf.
Individual matchmaking
To add even more value to your participation in the NL Holland Pavilion at the MEDICA 2021, we offer additional individual matchmaking. Based on your company profile and wishes, the matchmaker will arrange 4 to 5 individual meetings with potential German partners for you.
The offer for Individual matchmaking is currently only open to Task Force Health Care members and exhibitors in the NL Holland Pavilion.
Matchmaking (50% compensation possible)
If you want to benefit from individual matchmaking, we recommend finding out if your company is eligible for a SIB Mission voucher or a Marktentree Voucher offered by RVO.nl.
With these vouchers, SMEs can receive financial compensation of 50% towards the matchmaking fee. You can find out more about the SIB Mission voucher and the Marktentree voucher.
Note: this is only applicable for the matchmaking and not for the Exhibitor package.
Rules due to COVID-19
To ensure a safe and hygienic environment, a protocol will be drawn up for participation in the NL Holland Lounge. For instance, to comply with the 1.5 meter distance rule, companies may only participate with a maximum of 1 person per poster presentation. In addition, there will be no physical (network) meetings in the Holland Lounge. We will organise all meetings digitally.
Prices for participation
The exhibitor package costs € 3.500,- (excluding VAT).

- Only a limited amount of exhibitor packages available!
- If necessary, you can cancel your participation before July 16th
- You will receive an invoice for 100% of the participation fee at registration
- On July 16th your registration will become binding and cancellation will cost 100% of your participation fee.
