If you register to exhibit at the Annual Conference the following will be included:

- Access to the drink’s reception on Thursday 11th June at the congress venue Leeuwenbergh

*If you register after 28th of February 2026, the regular cost of €1.600 to exhibit will be applicable.
**Due to the limited space in the exhibition area, only banners are permitted. It is not possible to bring larger items, such as machines or materials that require the need of a standard table. **Any promotional materials like banners or signage are not included and are the exhibitor’s responsibility.
