A solid business development strategy is crucial for the development of life sciences products and companies. For young companies it provides funding for research and product development whereas for larger companies it manage their (IP) portfolios, adjusting risks, revenue streams and company strategy.
In this expert class the international trends and development in Business development strategies of life sciences companies are being discussed. How to develop a strategy to drive the growth of a company? How structuring business development within a biotech company? Which business development strategy is being used by a service company and how are partnerships being developed and licensing deals closed. In addition sales development of a company will be addresses from a service companies perspective.
The expert class programme is set up in an interactive way such that the participants have also the possibility to bring their own questions and discuss issues they encounter in their own (start-up) company and/or business case. The experts will give you feedback on your questions.
