Chairman a.i.
Hans Schikan is former CEO of Prosensa, a biopharmaceutical company, which was acquired by BioMarin early 2015. He currently serves on the boards and advisory councils of several listed and private life sciences companies.

SME
Len de Jong studied Business Administration and between 1982 and 1988 he worked as Commercial Manager at Schreiner Airways B.V. IN 1988 he started working with Medicopharma as Branche Office Director.  After a year as Deputy Director ad interim at Teesing Holdings he started working at Howden Processing and Packaging Group  and later on Howden Food equipment. Since 1997, he has been CEO of Enraf-Nonius.  

Academia
Prof. Huibert Pols is Professor of Internal Medicine and former rector magnificus of Erasmus University Rotterdam from 2013 to 2018. He studied medicine in Rotterdam and received his PhD in 1988.  From 2006 until 2013 Pols was dean and vice-chairman of the Executive Board Erasmus Medical Centre.

Government
Erik Gerritsen studied Political Science at the Erasmus University Rotterdam and  Information management at the University of Amsterdam. In 2011 he obtained his PhD in Public Administration. Gerritsen started his career at the government where he held various positions at the Ministry of Finance before he was appointed as director Finance-Economic Affairs at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. At that department Gerritsen was appointed as deputy Secretary General in 1999.  Since 2009 Gerritsen has held the position of chairman at Youth Protection Region Amsterdam. In 2015 he was appointed as Secretary General at the Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sport.

Academia
Pancras C.W. Hogendoorn is a professor of pathology, a member of the Board of Directors, and the dean of the Leiden University Medical Center (LUMC). Apart from that he is a guest professor at Oxford University and the Free University of Brussels (FUB). He is also chairman of the Netherlands Committee for Bone Tumours, a member of the Supervisory Board of the care organisation Pieter van Foreest, the National Museum Boerhaave, and the Royal Academy of Arts.
