Half of Corona Patients in Intensive Care Have Thrombotic Complications
Stollingsproblemen komen vaker voor dan gedacht bij COVID19-patiënten die zijn opgenomen op de intensive care (IC), ontdekten Nederlandse onderzoekers. Uit een vervolg op een studie die half april werd gepubliceerd in Thrombosis Research blijkt nu dat 49 procent van de IC-patiënten met een coronavirusinfectie trombotische complicaties krijgt.
