Opening of the Dutch TechMed centre, a hotspot for healthcare innovation

On 29 November, King Willem-Alexander opened the University of Twente’s brand-new TechMed Centre. The center will be a meeting point for students, scientists, doctors, patients and entrepreneurs, and it will be a place where new ideas for personalized and less invasive health care see the light.

Moreover, it is key for personalized medicine, people-first technology and, in a wider sense, for optimism in science.
