Pivot Park new partner of LifeSciences@Work

Accelerating innovative startups and scale-ups together

As of September 2019, LifeSciences@Work (LS@W) welcomes Pivot Park as new partner to improve the sustainability of its accelerator program. By bringing a valuable contribution to the development of young innovative companies, Pivot Park joins forces with LS@W to help life sciences researchers and aspiring entrepreneurs to build their business.

Obstacles and risks

For many innovators in the Life Sciences & Health (LSH) sector, setting up a new company is an important strategic choice to bring the innovation to the market. This is a route that has many obstacles and risks. It is an intensive process in terms of business case development, financing, regulations and staffing. Specialist knowledge and experience are necessary to actually set up startups and to make market introductions a success.

Their business support will provide companies all the ingredients for kick-starting their company in the best way possible.

Within the partnership with LS@W, Pivot Park wants to connect the knowledge and experience available within its community to start-ups and scale-ups and add a new chapter to the long tradition of drug development and innovation.
