Are you ready for Expo 2025 Osaka?
You are warmly invited to the event "The Netherlands at Expo 2025 Osaka, meet us on common ground" on Thursday, March 13, 2025. The event will take place from 2:00 PM at the Hulstkamp Building in Rotterdam. During this gathering, you will receive the latest updates on the Dutch plans for Expo 2025 in Osaka.
What can you expect?
At this event, you will receive the latest information about the Dutch pavilion at Expo 2025 Osaka. The plenary session will be opened by Reinette Klever, Minister for Foreign Trade and Development Cooperation. Hiroshi Minami, the Ambassador of Japan, will give a speech on the cooperation between the Netherlands and Japan.
Furthermore, we will engage in discussions with pioneers from various sectors involved in the Expo, exploring the economic and cultural themes that are central to the Dutch program. You will also get a virtual tour of the Dutch pavilion.
The day will conclude with a networking reception, where you will have the opportunity to connect with other (participating) Dutch entrepreneurs.

Who is this event for?
This event is particularly relevant for Dutch entrepreneurs joining a business mission to Expo 2025 Osaka, as well as cultural organizations participating in the cultural program.
Dutch entrepreneurs active in energy, climate, horticulture, food, healthcare, and culture, who are interested in doing business with Japan or learning more about Expo 2025 Osaka, are also warmly welcome.
