The TechMed Event, on November 3 and 4 2021 in Twente, is about the latest technical medical developments. And most of all, it’s about creating impact together. What can you expect?
This year you can participate in 40 sessions spread over our two main event days: November 3rd and 4th and we have some pre-sessions planned so you are well prepared and in the right mood to get inspired and connect with the MedTech ecosystems. In the programme, there is plenty of focus on practical application: how medical innovation from the cooperation between technicians and clinicians can be deployed faster. The development of a business case is a common thread throughout the programme. In addition, the program focuses on creating an accessible way of meeting the leading TechMed stakeholders and MedTech experts. Programme
This year The TechMed Event will take place in a hybrid format (live & digital). As a new year, where healthcare faces extreme challenges, but also huge potential opportunities we still believe it is our duty to organize a MedTech event, or a TechMed Event, this year. We firmly believe that future care can be improved especially in collaboration between research, industry and clinicians by using medical technologies. During each session we bring these groups together, based on a common specialty or transcending theme, accelerating connection and collaboration.
Pre-sessions
These pre-sessions are digitally broadcast in advance via the event platform. And are a good preparation for the sessions that take place on 3 & 4 November.
3 november
A full day of inspiration, exploration and networking. During this day you will have access to many sessions related to disease technologies (such as vascular diseases, neurological diseases, movement disorders, image guided intervention for oncology), but also more cross-specialty sessions such as Women's health, TOPFIT Citizenlab, COVID-19 & MedTech innovations and more sessions. Also there are many options to meet and connect with relevant MedTech stakeholders (pitch the crowd sessions, innovation tours, matchmaking meetings and more).
4 november
To all businesses and entrepreneurial researchers: join this this opportunity to participate in a B2B 1-on-1 matchmaking program with an exclusive focus on the medical devices supply chain. Identify your match, request meetings with relevant contacts and meet them at the event.
